You deserve to prioritise yourself. I'm inviting you to step off the conveyer belt and pause. Drop all the responsibilities for one morning and simply be, reset and restore.

Do I need to be flexible?

NO! That's not what the morning is about. I offer you loads of options and permission to go at your own pace and do it your way.

What do I need to bring?

I will send you a list beforehand but an eye mask, yoga mat, cosy socks, comfy blankets are a great idea. I can provide yoga mats if you don't have one.

Is there food & Drink?

Yes! I provide teas, water, snacks, fruit and chocolate. If you have any allergies just let me know.

Is it suitable for my personal situation?

If you have an specific requirements like pregnancy, injuries or physical requirements please reach out directly and we can put you at ease. This is accessible to all.

What time do we start?

You can arrive from 8.45 for a cup of tea. In the morning the doors open at 9am and we complete at 12 pm. In the the afternoon session, you're welcome from 1.15 pm and we will complete at 5 pm.

The Retreat, in the New Forest - Lyndhurst Road, BH23 7EF. Do follow this, as the sat nav has taken people to another local loaction.

Lou Perham

Hi and welcome. I'm so glad you're here. If we've not met before, I'm Lou, an advanced Hatha Yoga teacher and devoted cyclical living mentor. 

Through a personal journey of healing and recovery I'm a dedicated and load rest advocate.

What I see is we don't know what rest is and how to do it. We don't prioritise it or create space in our lives for it. 

 thought it would help if I created a regular space for women to down tools, surrender and let go. I love holding this space and can't wait for you to come and join us.
